COSHOCTON, Ohio (WTVN) -- A grain elevator has exploded in Coshocton. It happened around 4:11 p.m., according to a dispatcher at the Coshocton Fire Department.

The tops of the grain bins at Coshocton Grain Co. appeared to have been blown off.

"Six of these concrete elevators have exploded. They were full of grain, so the six that exploded all the grain that was inside these elevators is now exploded out," said Steve Slater aboard Sky6.

People reported feeling and hearing the explosion several miles away. One person was flown to a hospital with injuries, but the extent of those injuries is not known.

The Coshocton Fire Department says there is no major fire at this point.
