COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) --After a meeting with Ohio State University leaders, former Attorney General Betty Montgomery and her panel are ready to launch a second investigation into what's been termed the "sexualized culture" within the school's marching band.

Montgomery tells The Columbus Dispatch she has no intention of duplicating what Ohio State already looked into.  But she's also not talking about the scope of her own probe.

Meantime, the head of a company that issues music licenses for bands to legally play music says some publishers are bothered by the scandal at Ohio State.

Mark Greenburg, president of Tresona Multimedia, some of them contacted him about canceling their licenses when they heard about the controversy involving Waters.
