MOUNT BLANCHARD, Ohio (AP) -- A northwest Ohio sheriff's office is investigating a teacher caught on a surveillance camera pushing a kindergartner up against a wall and grabbing him by the face and shirt.

Riverdale Local Schools has suspended the teacher for 10 days after the video was made public last week.

The Hancock County Sheriff's office says it could be next week before the investigation is complete and provided to the prosecutor.

School superintendent Eric Hoffman tells WTOL-TV in Toledo he has apologized to the parents and called the incident unfortunate.

The boy's parents say the teacher should be fired.
