Tesla CEO Elon Musk has pledged to donate one million trees to #TeamTrees, a campaign started by YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson.
The campaign says one dollar is equal to one tree and the trees will be “planted in a variety of forests on public and private lands in areas of great need.”
After the tech exec’s million-dollar donation, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey promised to give 150,000 trees and YouTube is planning to match the next million dollars donated to TeamTrees through YouTube’s donate button.
