Gayle Stewart, 64, was reported missing on the morning of February 14th and was last seen at about 8 am at her house in Reno, Nevada.
Her family organized a search party and one of her son’s friends found her 400 feet off a road clinging to a tree on the side of a steep, wet, rocky slope.
Over two dozen rescuers descended on the area at 9:15 pm and within thirty minutes were able to pull Stewart to safety using a rope system and a basket stretcher.
