WATCH: Truck Tire Comes Loose and Smashes Into Police Cruiser

I don't know how things like this happen but it did in Pennsylvania!

A police cruiser was sitting in the median keeping an eye on traffic when suddenly a pickup tire's truck come off and smashed into the police car's windshield!
