Uber driver Fritz Sam was driving a passenger through Brooklyn on the way to LaGuardia Airport when they passed a building with flames pouring out of a second-story window.
The husband and father of two stopped his car, ran inside the home, and helped two residents escape to safety.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire and Uber later released a statement praising Sam for his bravery and for still managing “to get his rider to the airport on time."
