A Florida dominatrix group is spanking the Fort Lauderdale City Commission for not making them happy.
The group’s “latex leader,” Miss Cave told the commission they wanted the city to pay for a dungeon that dominatrices could use.
She wants the city to pay $250,000 for a dungeon that she says will be created for us, by us, the taxpayers, and voting citizens.
Miss Cave also invited commissioners to receive a spanking.
