TikToker @nicr__ is getting attention with a quick clip showing one of the fees her landlord is charging her for having a goldfish. She shows that in the “fees” section of her agreement, there’s a one-time fee of $200 and a monthly pet rent of $15 to keep a goldfish in her rental.
It gets better. There’s also a restriction that there are “no aggressive breeds” allowed. Again, it says this in the “fish allowed” section of her agreement. Commenters are weighing in on the post with their own stories of strange fees they’ve been charged as renters.
