Agents and other agencies were on a training exercise in the middle of the night Tuesday when they entered the wrong hotel room.
There’s more… Agents banged on the door to Room 1505 demanding to be let in.
They broke in, handcuffed a man in his 30s, and put him in the shower.
It turned out that he was a Delta Airlines pilot. It took 45 minutes for the team to realize their mistake, apologize, and release the pilot.
Boston Police are investigating. A former agent says the incident is not typical protocol and doesn’t make sense.
