Sum 41 is breaking up after 27 years together.
The band announced their plans to disband in a statement posted to their social media.
It reads, "Being in Sum 41 since 1996 brought us some of the best moments of our lives. We are forever grateful to our fans both old and new, who have supported us in every way."
They added that they'll be finishing their current upcoming tour dated this year and are looking forward to releasing their last album "Heaven And Hell."
On top of their current tour, they announced a final worldwide tour with details soon to be announced.
Sum 41 was formed in 1996.
