Kevin Costner’s estranged wife hasn’t moved out yet, according to court documents filed by the actor.
He and soon-to-be ex-Christine have a prenup and the terms say she has 30 days to move out after divorce papers are filed…which she filed on May 1st.
Now the actor is asking a judge that the prenup be enforced and even states in the filing that he’s given her well over $1 million so far.
That’s enough to secure a new crib. Costner owns all three of the couple’s homes.
