Kevin Costner’s estranged wife has refused to leave their home, which she agreed to when signing a prenup.
Now Christine Baumgartner says she’ll leave under one condition, according to a new report.
Court docs reveal she’ll leave if the actor gives her more money to guarantee that she won’t be left penniless.
The filing notes Baumgartner says she will leave the premises on August 31, 2023, if Costner complies “with whatever support and fee orders that the court makes on July 12.”
The docs say the reason is to give their three children, ages 13 through 15, stability, as in not having to move frequently.
Costner’s filing says he is willing to “contribute as part of his child support obligations $30K per month for a rental house and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.”
