A joke about the doomed OceanGate submersible has not gone over well.
A Rincon, Georgia Subway sandwich shop featured a sign in front that read, “Our subs don’t implode.”
As five people died in the implosion while trying to explore the wreckage of the Titanic, some have called out the store for bad taste in their advertising.
Management for the Subway location confirms that the sign has been taken down but has refused to comment further.
