Bronny James, son of NBA superstar LeBron James, has been discharged from the hospital following a sudden cardiac arrest during a workout, according to Cedars-Sinai Medical Group doctor Merije Chukumerije. The doctor reported that Bronny arrived at the hospital "fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable," and his treatment has been successful.
Chukumerije also noted, "we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support." LeBron James, in a statement, thanked everyone for the outpouring of support and confirmed that his family, including Bronny, is "doing great."
"We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love. Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us!” Lebron shared.
