“Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested for domestic violence. This isn’t his first time getting arrested for domestic violence, he was arrested three years ago for the same crime.
Police responded to a reported physical dispute in Eugene, Oregon, but Bryan had already left. After tracking him down, Bryan was arrested. He's been accused of felony assault and for attacking someone who had previously been granted a restraining order. Violating a restraining order counts as a violation of the Abuse Prevention Act.
Bryan was arrested in 2020 for a 4th-degree assault but was able to plead to two smaller charges (misdemeanor menacing and misdemeanor assault) at the time. Bryan is currently engaged to the woman he was accused of attacking in 2020. It is not confirmed if the current charges are related to his fiancé.
