Hip hop and business mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is being indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
According to an unsealed indictment, Combs is facing three counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs was taken into federal custody last night.
He is in court where the charges will be read.
Homeland Security raided Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami in March as part of an investigation.
