A 62-year-old man, John Kastner, was arrested on DUI charges in Flagler County, Florida for allegedly operating heavy machinery while impaired.
Deputies responded to a scrap yard after reports of a verbal altercation and threats, where they found Kastner operating an excavator under the influence.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office shared the incident on social media, reminding the public, "If you’re drunk, you shouldn’t be behind the wheel... or levers!"
