Cher caused a stir on live TV yesterday when she dropped an F-bomb during her appearance on the "Today" show with Hoda Kotb.
While discussing her new book, "Cher: The Memoir: Part One," which details her tumultuous relationship with her late ex Sonny Bono, Cher recounted the advice she once received from Lucille Ball, saying, “She said, ‘F–k it, you’re the one with the talent.’”
The unexpected slip left Kotb laughing and jokingly admitting, “We didn’t have the seven-second delay, but we will for the next feed.”
Though some viewers blamed Kotb for the mishap, she clarified later that she thought Cher would self-censor.
Despite the mix-up, Cher continued to speak candidly about her past, including allegations that Bono took their money during their 1975 divorce and reflections on the struggles of their marriage.
