Kindergarten Student Turns Life's Lemons Into 'Lemonade for Love'

A’Layah Robinson is embraced with love. But it wasn’t always that case for this kindergartner.

The 6 year old's birth mother was a drug addict. Therefor she was placed into a foster system and bounced around from one foster home to the next.

“[It was] not very fun, but I had to do it, because I was a foster kid, until I got adopted,” the 6-year-old said.

Luckily A’Layah was adopted by the Robinson family. They said they knew they had adopted a special little girl.

“She had her birthday money and Christmas money. She saved it all. She was trying to get a Barbie jeep,” said mom Misty Robinson. “Whenever the tornado hit just after her birthday, she told me she wanted to give all of her money to a family we know that lost everything.”

After her act of kindness A’Layah continues to bless other with what is known as ‘Lemonade for Love’. Thanks to her ‘Lemonade for Love’ has now become a community affair. The money raised goes toward yellow bags filled with hygiene products, blankets, toys, bibles, and much more.
