(San Francisco, CA) -- The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is upholding a temporary restraining order halting President Trump's temporary travel ban. A federal judge in Washington state last week issued a temporary restraining order against Trump's 90-day ban on people entering the U.S. from seven mostly Muslim countries. The appeals court panel heard oral arguments over the restraining order earlier this week.
