Ellen Scott has been single for two years. Since her break-up with her old boyfriend, she’s gone on one date that ended in a fainting spell in a McDonald’s bathroom. She got so desperate, the she allowed Kraken -yes, the spiced rum company – to have a ‘matchmaking octopus’ choose her next date for her. By the end of the date, the red-headed guy she was hooked up with exchanged numbers, and there’s a chance they’ll see each other again. Unfortunately, no tentacles were seen groping by the end of the night, and ‘love by mollusk’ doesn’t appear to have happened in this instant.
