Rick Pitino Restrained From Going After UNC Fan

In what was the best looking game of last night’s NCAA slate, the #7 Louisville Cardinals faced #8 North Carolina, but it was the Tarheels who put a sound beating on the Cardinals beating them by a final score of 74-63.

But there was one point in the game where someone from UNC nearly got a sound beating—and that would be the fan that Louisville head coach Rick Pitino went after as he was heading into the tunnel at halftime.

In fact, Pitino had to be physically restrained.

And it’s not the first time Pitino’s had an issue with opposing fans after some people are still wondering whether or not he flipped off Kentucky fans while heading into the tunnel last season.
