Recycling Company Sues After Trump Sign Auction Pulled

A Philadelphia recycling company is suing after an auction for a "Trump" sign taken from the Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City was discontinued.  Recycling of Urban Materials for Profit says it legally bought two "Trump" signs for 250-dollars from Eastern Sign shortly after they were removed from the shuttered casino and then put one of them up on eBay.  However, last Monday eBay halted the auction, which had reached a bid of 75-hundred dollars, after Eastern claimed the sale wasn't valid.  RUMP has filed a 100-thousand dollar lawsuit against Eastern Sign and the Taj Mahal.
