An Amber Alert for a missing baby and his father has been canceled.
Police in Delta, Ohio, west of Toledo, confirm that 10-month-old Winston Ramey is safe. His father, 27-year-old James Ramey, has been arrested in Indiana.
WTOL-TV in Toledo is reporting that the baby's mother, Mandi Mangas, was shot dead. Police say James Ramey broke into Mangas' father's home before he shot and killed her and took off with the baby.
