A West African baby born with two spines and four legs is recovering from a rare surgery in Illinois. Surgeons had to separate bone, blood vessels and nerves in the six hour operation at Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge earlier this month. Ten-month-old Dominique was born in the Ivory Coast with what's known as a parasitic twin. The other twin never fully developed. Doctors expect Dominique to live a normal, fully functional life.
