Elwood R Gutshall III has terrible fashion sense and reportedly likes drinking and driving. The 44-year-old was arrested in Newville, Pennsylvania after his blood alcohol level was found to be way over the legal limit. What's more, he was wearing a St. Patrick's Day-themed shirt that reads "Drunk Lives Matter." He's only facing charges for the DUI and traffic violations because apparently you can't go to jail for stupidity and perfect timing.
