The Chase Faiello Scholarship fund was formed a year after Chase’s passing, in 2004. The Faiello family wanted to do something to honor the life of Chase, so we thought a scholarship in Chase’s name would be a perfect, ongoing tribute. The Chase Faiello Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Sandy Valley High School, which is where Chase would have attended. This community did so much for the Faiello family during their toughest times; during Chase’s fight. The goal is to “give back” to this community, while at the same time, try our best to keep Chase’s spirit alive and well. It is safe to say that we are accomplishing this goal. To date, we have been fortunate to award over $100,000 in scholarships and donations.
This charity is funded yearly by the annual Chase Faiello Memorial Golf Outing, which experts say is the largest one-day charity golf outing in the state of Ohio. Friends and family come out every year to celebrate the life of an amazing, young boy. It is an inspiring day for all of us, as we strive to keep Chase’s spirit alive. **Entry Fees: $280.00 (Early Bird) — $300 (If received AFTER June 1 or day of outing) PER TEAM
**Fees include golf game, cart, and dinner.
**Golfers can participate in a skins game.
**Hole prizes will be awarded as well.
