Sponsorship Levels:
(All levels include a round of golf for four to be utilized by sponsor, opportunities for prizes, and food following the round)
• Foursome: $300
• Hole Sponsor: $500
o Includes signage at the hole and recognition on all promotional materials.
• Lifetime Experience Sponsor: $750
o Includes signage at the hole, recognition on all promotional materials, and the experience will be promoted as if the company is at risk for the experience, however the company will not be at risk.
▪ EXAMPLE: Win a trip to the Super Bowl – Sponsored by Material Handling Specialists.
• $100K Shootout Sponsor: $1,000
o Includes signage at the hole, recognition on all promotional materials, and the experience will be promoted as if the company is at risk for the $100,000, however the company will not be at risk.

o 4 individuals will be selected based on “closest to the tee” on a specified hole. These individuals will have the opportunity to attempt shooting a hole-in-one. If they hit the hole-in-one they win $100,000.
