Canton Senior Expo's 30th Birthday @ The Cultural Center - POSTPONED

Due to the recent Coronavirus threat, this event is being rescheduled at a later date. A new date will be released in the very near future.

Celebrate healthy, active living in birthday style this year! GREAT COURT:

Visit with more than 60 local vendors available to share information on health and wellness, retirement, recreational activities, housing options, insurance, home improvement, senior organizations and much more. Spin the prize wheel at registration and the first 300 guests will receive a free welcome bag, sponsored by Stark County Mental Health & Addition Recovery.

Grab a friend and snap a photo at the Sprenger Healthcare photo booth and leave with a keepsake photo strip from the 30thbirthday! And thanks to health experts from Aultman, attendees can receive complimentary health screenings throughout the event.Check out the Wildlife Presentation at the Stark Parks booth featuring the Animals of Ohio from 10am-12pm.

CANTON MUSEUM OF ART:

Enjoy free chair massages throughout the entire show! Next, speak with the experts during the Aultman Health Chats! Medication Q&A at 10am will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions about medications with an Aultman pharmacy expert. Balance Matters at 11am will share about the 3 H’s (Health, Home and Habits) with exercises and tips to help maintain and improve balance. Eat Up! Nutrition for Seniors at 12pm to learn more about nutritional needs as we age, including sample products.

Learn how to create Zen Doodling while releasing stress and being mindful in the moment with Canton Museum of Art Program Coordinator of Art for Health and Healing, Amy Hope. Check out Grandparent Mindfulness at 11am and Veteran’s Mindfulness at 12pm.

Then play Bingo at 9am and 11:30am, sponsored by SARTA and Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center, for the chance to win fantastic prizes from our show exhibitors and play the Price is Right Game Show at 10am and 12:30pm, sponsored by Green Village & Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, for the chance to win prizes from Hartville Hardware.

CABLE RECITAL HALL:

Complimentary coffee and donuts will be available starting at 8:00 a.m., while supplies last, courtesy of Mary Ann Donuts. Sponsored by The Repository, enjoy live entertainment including big band music from Bob Hill Band, tap dancing performances from Sophisticated Ladies and Senior Sing, a partnership between Voices of Canton and Aultman Generations during lunch sessions. Lunch will be available for $5.00 at 10:30am, 11:30am or 12:30pm sessions. Tickets at the door, no advance purchase required. The lunch includes a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, fruit, chips and bottled water.

At 1pm in the Great Court, check out the thank you celebration! Celebrate with the famous Taggart’s Ice Cream root beer floats and delicious cake bites from Nothing Bundt Cakes at 1:00 p.m. Refreshments available while supplies last.
