The Cleveland Cavaliers will begin the second half of the NBA season without two of their starting guards.

Darius Garland is out tonight with a back injury, while LeVert is dealing with a sprained right foot.

In other Cavs news, the team named Mike Gansey its new general manager following Koby Altman's promotion to Cleveland's president of basketball operations.

The Cavaliers are on the road against the Detroit Pistons tonight at 7 PM.
