Good News: Disabled Opossum Learns To Walk Thanks To Custom Wheelchair

A disabled opossum in Kentucky is learning to walk again thanks to a custom wheelchair.

Kewpie the opossum was born with genetic defects.

The one-and-a-half-year-old can't survive in the wild due to his disability.

The wildlife sanctuary where Kewpie resided reached out to Walkin' Pets who built a wheelchair just for the opossum that lets him stand up and walk on his own.

While the sanctuary said Kewpie is learning how his new wheels work, he's now going on his own adventures.
