In December, 18-month-old Alice Polinska suffered a broken spine when a suspected intoxicated driver crashed head-on into her mother’s car.
Alice had to undergo risky surgery and doctors didn’t know if she’d make it and even if she did, they believed she’d likely never walk.
But then after months of therapy, all of Alice’s hard work paid off when she was able to take her first steps a few weeks ago.
