Russian McD’s Fan Chains Himself To Restaurant In Protest Of Closing

In Russia, one man, in particular, was not too happy with the fact that McDonald’s was closing shop in his country.

Hours before McD’s was due to shut down for the foreseeable future, Luka Safronov chained himself to the door of his local restaurant.

While customers filtered in and out to get their last taste of the McGoodness, Safronov stood there boldly in chained protest, shouting that “closing down was an act of hostility against (him) and his fellow countrymen.”

Eventually, cops broke through his chains and led him away, and he was no longer lovin’ it.
