The Cleveland Cavaliers could get their All-Star center back earlier than expected.
Jarrett Allen has reportedly decided not to have surgery on his fractured left middle finger, and the team believes that he could be back in the lineup before the postseason begins.
The 23-year-old suffered the injury in a game against the Toronto Raptors on March 6th.
He's averaging over 16 points and nearly 11 rebounds per game this year.
Cleveland host the 76ers tonight.
