Deshaun Watson has been introduced as the new quarterback for the Cleveland Browns while being accused of sexual misconduct by 22 different women in Texas.
He denies the allegations.
Browns General Manager Andrew Berry says he understands people are upset with the signing.
He says the team thoroughly vetted the cases, but lawyers advised against speaking directly to the women involved in the Texas lawsuits.
He says they're comfortable signing him to a massive five year, 230-million-dollar contract
