Good News: Kindergarteners Raise Over $2K For Ukraine With Bracelet Sales

Kindergarteners at a Tennessee elementary school raise $2-thousand for children and families in Ukraine. Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in late February, the kindergarteners at Primrose School of Brentwood and Primrose School of Nashville Midtown started a fundraiser to help children and families in Ukraine.

Students at the schools created yellow and blue bracelets, which they sell for $5 apiece. So far, the kids have sold over $1-thousand worth. The owners of the schools are matching the kids’ funds, making the total raised just over $2-thousand.

The children are donating the money to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), which is on the ground in Ukraine providing assistance to children and families in desperate need.
