When Kendra Busbee’s daughter Kristine Smalls earned her Doctor of Psychology degree, the New Jersey mom wanted to let her daughter and the world know how proud she was.
Busbee designed a sign to go on a billboard she rented that reads, “Let Me Re-Introduce Myself... Dr. Kristine S. Smalls — Dr. Smiles — Look what good came out of Camden!"
At a gathering in a parking lot below the sign, she surprised her daughter and some friends and she says Smalls was in complete shock.
