Former Cleveland Indian Charged With Domestic Violence

Former Cleveland Indians player Joe Charboneau is facing allegations of domestic violence.

Charboneau was reportedly arrested last week following an incident at a Berea bar in which witnesses say he pushed a woman to the ground.

The victim was later identified as the former baseball star's wife and police say that her version of events has differed from what they have seen on surveillance video.

Charboneau, who played for the Tribe in the early 80s, has pleaded not guilty to charges including domestic violence and resisting arrest.
