Meet Alley! And though she’s not a small dog, she’s certainly not a large dog for her mix-breed. Showing the characteristics of a Mastiff, Alley is blond in color and has a black muzzle. This sweet girl weighs in at 62 pounds and is considered to be medium in size.
At approximately 3-4 yrs old, she is considered an adult and has peaked in her growth - so what you see is what you get!
Alley shows amazing intelligence and wants to please. Though she is with other dogs in the shelter environment, she has not been socialized with them; therefore, a “meet and greet” is recommended should an adopter be wanting to add her to a family that already has a dog.
Keep in mind, that any breed that is mixed with another most often produces a much healthier dog with a much longer lifespan.
