Mel Brooks' "History Of The World Part II" Trailer Drops

Comedy legend Mel Brooks has done it again. As we previously told you, the “Blazing Saddles” filmmaker has produced a sequel to his 1981 hit “History Of The World, Part I.” Naturally, the new Hulu event is “History Of The World, Part II,” and its first meaty trailer has dropped.

The peek highlights a star-studded cast of comedic talents taking on historic personalities. Among the revealed bits are Wanda Sykes as Harriet Tubman, Fred Armisen as Sigmund Freud, and, perhaps most intriguingly, Jack Black as a musical theatre-ballad-singing Joseph Stalin.

Other stars appearing in the comedy... and there are many of them... include Seth Rogen, Josh Gad, Johnny Knoxville, JB Smoove, Richard Kind, and Sarah Silverman. Hulu is billing “History Of The World Part II” as a “four-night event.” It is set to launch on March 6th.
