A couple says the birth of their baby in the parking lot of a Colorado Springs restaurant has led to a fitting name for the child.
Emily and Kemper Simpich were driving to a hospital last month when their baby decided he couldn't wait to be born.
They pulled into the parking lot of Rudy's Country Store and Barbecue to wait for paramedics, but their son arrived before the first responders did.
The couple ignored suggestions to name the baby Rudy, instead naming him Weston.
However, they have nicknamed the child "Brisket" and say they plan to bring him to Rudy's at least a few times on future birthdays.
