Dave Grohl is not only a talented musician but he is boss at using a smoker.
The Foo Fighters leader rolled into The Hope Mission in Los Angeles around midnight last Wednesday and set up a massive smoker.
Then, over 16 hours, he cooked up ribs, pork butt, brisket, cabbage, coleslaw, and beans.
Dave covered all expenses and took cat naps in between food prep.
The spread was enough to feed 450 people and 50 staff. The smoker, by the way, is so big it fits on a trailer.
