Ed Sheeran has been playing a lot of epic gigs lately, but one that really meant a lot to him was his mini concert for the kids at Adelaide hospital in Australia. The singing superstar stopped into the Women's and Children's Hospital Tuesday to sing a few songs and answer some questions. He also treated kids, parents, and staff to selfies and was gifted handmade cards and bracelets from the patients.
What did he think of this tour stop? Sheeran told a local news outlet that he “genuinely found a lot of enjoyment” visiting the kids. He added, “I've done it since the beginning of my career and I feel like it's a really powerful gift to be able to come in and make someone smile.”
The singer stopped in to surprise sick kids at Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick last month.
