Tiger Woods and his now ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman are involved in a legal battle over a non-disclosure agreement that Herman signed in 2017. As we told you before, Herman has filed court documents claiming that the agreement should be nullified because it involves "allegations of sexual abuse".
Now, Woods has fired back, stating that Herman is just a "jilted ex-girlfriend". Woods is apparently now saying Herman is using the allegations as a way to bypass the clause in the NDA that states that legal disputes must be settled in private and not in court.
Herman is looking to bypass the NDA and a $30 million payout from the golfer. Woods is asking the court to throw out Herman's argument and force her to engage in arbitration, as per the NDA.
