In Minnesota, Chisago County Police have issued a public service announcement when it comes to legally recognized documents.
During a Friday night traffic stop, the driver was asked to present their ID.
Instead, they presented a “Get Out Of Jail Free” card from a Monopoly board game.
Why the driver was pulled over and if it was worthy of jail was not released, but it’s clear that the card isn’t something cops see as legally binding.
