High School Breaks Record For The Largest Charcuterie Board

A California high school went big when going for a Guinness World Record.

Adolfo Camarillo High School students crafted a charcuterie board measuring 204.7 feet long.

Architecture and product design teacher Peter Wachtel led the students as they used recycled gym bleachers to create the board.

They brought in culinary students from Pacifica High School and then covered the board in more than 500 pounds of cured meats, cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, olives, and other foods.

The record’s been certified.
