Charlie Puth and Dan + Shay's highly anticipated collaboration is finally here.
"That's Not How This Works" arrived alongside a music video featuring Puth and pop singer Sabrina Carpenter as a couple going through a messy breakup.
In an Instagram post discussing the song, Puth shared that he wrote the song with Dan + Shay back in April 2020 after breaking up with a girl.
Puth said he kept the song in his back pocket because it healed him.
