It looks like more MLB teams are jumping on the extended beer sales bandwagon.
A couple of days ago, we told you about the Milwaukee Brewers’ experiment with extending beer sales to the end of the 8th inning, rather than the 7th, which has been the league standard.
This is all due to the new pitch clock, and how it’s having a tangible effect on shortening games. Now, the Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, and Minnesota Twins have all gotten with the program.
Most teams are still sticking with the 7th inning cut-off, but some are now saying they’re “open to changes.”
