No one has been able to answer a New Orleans preschool teacher’s question “What is that swimming in the lagoon?”
Kim Frusciante posted a video to the Instagram page of the preschool she founded showing a large creature swimming in the lagoon at New Orleans City Park.
She says she was shocked by how big the creature was and has no idea what it was…and neither do New Orleans City Park officials, who say they’re reviewing the video and are going to work with others to figure out exactly what’s swimming around out there.
